Reschedule A Class No refunds are given once deposits and reservations are received. If a student needs to reschedule for any reason you must give a 48 hour notice-Thursday morning by 8:00 AM for a Saturday class. That will give me enough time to fill your seats with other students who want to take the class. There is no need to give a reason for your rescheduling the class. E-mail is the best way to send me notification, that way I can confirm with a Reply. I do understand that emergencies can come up at the last minute and I do try to work with students to ensure they can reschedule their training. Please try to give as much advance notice as possible, I often have others trying to get into a class on Friday evening. If you cannot give 48 hours notice and you do want to reschedule your training without loosing your deposit, send a check for the remaining balance along with a new reservation form and I will confirm your reservations by e-mail. Of course if you do not make the second class all monies paid will be lost. Groups of friends/families often send in reservations and deposits so they can take the training together. If one or more of the group needs to cancel without a 48 hour notice their deposit will NOT be applied to another student attending but will be held for rescheduling as in the above paragraph. Please note that Foothills Firearms Training Center is a business and operates as a business. It is not our intention to take advantage of our students by keeping deposits when an emergency comes up but when seats are empty no money is made and our business commitments cannot be met. Before registering for a class please be sure you have made the commitment to attend. You will receive the best training available from the most experienced trainers in the state.
